IMPORTANT: A valid picture ID along with a valid credit card is required to check-in.
*** Cash paying guests will also be required to provide a valid credit card to be authorized for the INCIDENTALS DEPOSIT ***
Important: Reservation confirmation is required by 3pm, prior to check-in otherwise room is not guaranteed.
Cancelation Policy: No cancelation fee until 2 days (48 hours) prior to check in on the date of arrival, less than 24 hours cancelation is subject to the first night room charges plus tax.
INCIDENTALS DEPOSIT POLICY: An incidentals deposit is required and will be authorized on your credit card in the amount of $150.The authorized amount will be released upon inspection of the room if there are no incidentals.
PET POLICY: There is an additional fee of $15.00 for small pets, and $25.00 for large pets (plus tax) per night. Room will be inspected upon check-out for any pet related incidentals. ***The incidentals deposit will be used if any extra cleaning/sanitizing is required due to pet incidentals. ***
SMOKING POLICY: All our rooms are non-smoking. You may smoke outside of your room. Please, do not leave door open while smoking outside of your room. There is a significant room recovery fee for guests who do not comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.
LATE CHECK IN POLICY: Late Check In Policy: Lake Shasta Lodge closes at 10PM. A late check-in fee of $25/hour will be applied from 10PM to Midnight. THERE IS NO CHECK-IN AVAILABLE PAST MIDNIGHT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
